Bad Hair Day

"The largest long legged irish bird that wades in the water. It often stands motionless in shallow water with its neck withdrawn or stretched upright.It also spends a lot of time in nearby fields or trees surprising people who expect to see it only at the water's edge. It is found in wetlands around the whole of Ireland. The heron has long black head plumes. It is a large upstsanding ird , ghostly grey in most lights but contrasted dark grey, silver and white in good light."
